Installing, licences and questions.

Everything is bought and licensed through the official stores, so most of what follows happens inside your own trading terminal.

Installing in MetaTrader 5

  • In MetaTrader 5, open the Toolbox at the bottom of the terminal and choose the Market tab. Sign in with the MQL5 account you bought with.
  • Open Purchased, find the tool and press Install. It appears in the Navigator under Indicators or Expert Advisors.
  • Drag it onto a chart. Settings open straight away; every setting is listed on the tool's own page here.
  • For an Expert Advisor, switch Algo Trading on in the toolbar, otherwise the panel loads but cannot place orders.

Installing in cTrader

  • Open the Automate tab in cTrader and sign in with the account you bought with.
  • The indicator or cBot appears in your list. Add it to a chart from the Indicators or cBots panel.
  • A cBot needs to be started with its play button before it can place orders.

Common questions

Can I try a tool before buying it?

Yes. Every paid MetaTrader tool has a free demo on its store page that runs in the Strategy Tester. Indicators and the trade panel both work there in visual mode, so you can watch them on your own symbols before paying.

How many computers can I use one licence on?

The MQL5 Market gives every purchase a number of activations, shown on the product page at the time you buy. Activations are managed in your MQL5 account, not by us.

Will it work with my broker?

The tools read the chart and use standard terminal functions, so any MetaTrader 5 broker works. Symbol names with a broker suffix, such as XAUUSD.m, are recognised. Where a tool needs a hedging account, its page says so.

Do the signals repaint?

No. Signals are calculated on closed candles and stay where they were drawn. Some tools offer a live mode that also marks the forming candle; those marks can change or disappear before the candle closes, and the tool's page says so.

Can an Expert Advisor read the signals?

No. The indicators publish no buffers and draw nothing another program can read. They are made for a trader watching a chart.

What about refunds?

Purchases are made on the MQL5 Market or the cTrader Store, and their own terms apply. That is also why the free tester demo matters: it lets you check a tool on your charts before any money changes hands.

Do you publish results or a win rate?

No. A number from one account over one period would say nothing about your own trading, on your symbols, with your risk. Each page describes what the tool does and leaves the judgement to you.

Still stuck

Write with your symbol, timeframe, broker and a screenshot of the chart, and you will get a straight answer.
